Preparation:
Place the Gro-Med Coco Coir block in a large container or bucket. Ensure there's enough room for it to expand
Hydration:
Slowly pour warm water over the coco coir block. Use enough water to cover the block
Wait and Monitor:
Allow the block to absorb water and expand for about 15-30 minutes. You can gently stir or break apart the coir with your hands occasionally to aid the process
Fluffing:
Once fully expanded, fluff up the coco coir with your hands to break apart any clumps and achieve a light, fluffy texture
